Video mapping is a great new way to play with live art, or premade
content. I really enjoy doing this, using the world around me as a support for my work is amazing. Using this technic the environment can take any shape, and it is only light!Â
Those where some wild night! Having the the proper knowledge and tools was just perfect for creating this awesome ambient. Floating in a space full of live sound reactive visuals can be a interesting experience!
Bored of heavy and hard to handle environments to play in? Let's experiment with light! Using some projectors the scene can happen in any place you want, even abstract ones, or moving ones perhaps. Video mapping can ad a new dimension to your theatre play and the new tech generation will love it! The pictures presented above are from the play "Zorba the Greek", it was made in Targoviste and was directed by Mihai Constantin Ranin.
Video mapping on buildings is a nice way to commemorate things. Break the walls of any building and tell a story with light! This project was made to commemorate the war between Egypt and Israel. It was an amazing experience building the content and mapping this huge building!
One of my first video mapping projects, back when I finished high school. Never forget where you started from!
And another old experiment, this was made for an SS/AW exhibition. The digital fashion time has come!
